It has come to that time of the year again when the University of Bridgeport and Fairfield University women’s soccer programs come together to help a former soccer player and soccer coach cope with large medical bills associated with a car accident in 2009.
Please make every effort to support this worthy cause.
We will have a silent auction, half time raffle, concession stands plus we will accept any donations during the game. All proceeds will go towards Diana’s medical bills.
In addition, Diana will be attending this year’s game!

The Southwest District of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (SWD CJSA) confirmed continued support of the Marshall Raidbard Memorial Award scholarship program. For 2010, four (4) academic awards of $1,500.00 each will be granted to graduating seniors (two male, two female) who participated in the Southwest District soccer program (players, referees, coaches). For those interested, eligibility criteria and application requirements are located on the district website - select "scholarships" from the menu on the left margin
We encourage graduating seniors that meet the eligibility criteria, to submit an application to the 2010 Marshall Raidbard Memorial Award. Applications must be received by May 15, 2010.
