We take sportsmanship and proper behavior seriously in the Southwest District. The district board enacted a policy in the Spring of 2006 to publish the names of players and coaches who are sent off the field or ejected from the area. This is a friendly reminder that improper behavior that results in an ejection, will cause your name to be listed here (or elsewhere on the web site). Other sanctions (missing matches) will apply. All adults and players need to keep control of their temper.
Disciplinary action has been taken in the following incidents:
SPRING 2008
Player Sergio Mandujano #541000488 (NCSC U13 Boys) was sent off from a league match on 4/5/09 and must not participate in the next league match.
Player Jaison Peraza #560001310 (Stamford U17 Boys) was sent of from a league match on 4/19/09 and must not participate in the next league match.
FALL 2008
Coach Pablo Sevilla (Trumbull U13 girls) was ejected from a match on 9/21/08 and must not participate in the next two league matches.
Coach Kobi Bala (Weston U13 girls) was ejected from a match on 9/21/08 and must not participate in the next two league matches.
SPRING 2008
Players D. Vega #506000597 and S. Herrera #506000564 (Bridgeport U16 Boys) were sent off from a league match on 6/8/08. They must not play in the next two league matches (continuing to Spring 2009).
Player K. Valverde #560000758 (Stamford U16 Boys) were sent off from a league match on 6/8/08. He must not play in the next two league matches (continuing to Spring 2009).
Player A. Baldock #543100179 (Greenwich United U14 Boys) was sent off from a league match on 5/15/08 and must not play in the next league match.

Coach John Petrides (Norwalk Maniacs U10 Boys) was ejected from a match on 4/06/08 and must not participate in the next two league matches.

Player A. Kontes #543100292 (OGRCC U13 Boys) was sent off in a match on 10/14/07 and must not play in the next two league matches.
G. Caceres (Norwalk CSC) has been suspended from all travel game activities until January and is on probation until June 2008 for violations of CJSA rules 1010, 2315, 2316, 2317, 2410, 3110, and 3111 and his persistent disregard of these rules.
Coach Segura (Norwalk CSC U12 Boys - C Division) was suspended for one match on October 28, 2007 and is on probation until June 2008 for knowingly playing an illegal player.
Players J. Shoog #530543007058 and C. Duffy #530200318891 (Monroe U13 Boys) were sent off in a CT Cup match on 9/27/07 and must not play in the next two league matches.
Player A. Meadow #5700001443 (Weston U14 Boys) was sent off in a match on 9/22/07 and must not play in the next two league matches.
SPRING 2007
Player I. Ross (Wilton U16 Boys) was sent off in a match on 6/17/07 and must not play in the next league match (spring 2008).
The district discipline committe has ruled that Coach Petrini (Bridgeport AYSO) may not participate in any SWD-CJSA acivities until May 1, 2008 for permitting an unregistered player to participate in a league match.
The district discipline committe has ruled that a spectator, Mr. Przybysz (Wilton U11 Boys) violated the code of conduct and must not attend the next league match effective for June 2nd or 3rd.
Player B. Santos (Bridgeport AYSO U18 Boys) was sent off in a CT Cup match on 5/19/07 and must not play in the next two league matches.
Player C. Bohjalian (Wilton U16 Boys) was ejected from a match on 5/20/07 and must not participate in the next two league matches.
Player R. Santana (Fairfield U16 Boys) was ejected from a match on 5/20/07 and must not participate in the next two league matches.
Assistant coach Cesar Bartosiewicz (Stamford U16 Boys) was ejected from a CT Cup match played on 5/20/07. As the team is no longer in Cup play, he cannot attend the next two league matches.
Player J. Aruda (Wilton U16 Boys) was sent off in a CT Cup match played 5/16/07. As the team is no longer in cup play, he must not participate in the next two league matches.
Players M. Monteiro and K. Reid (both Bridgeport Freedom U15 Boys) were sent off for second cautions.
Coach Olgert Dalipi (Fairfield U13 Boys Premier) was sent off in a match played 5/5/07.
Player R. Friend (Darien U12 Boys) was sent off for a second caution in a match played on 4/29/07 and must not participate in the next league match.
FALL 2006
Coach Petrini (Bridgeport AYSO U11 Boys) was ejected from a match on 11/12/06 and is not permitted to attend the next two district league matches beginning in the spring 2007 season. Mr. Milani, a spectator, is not permitted to attend the next four district league matches.

Player D. Hoy (Westport U12 Boys) was sent off in a CT Cup match played on 10/14/06, and will miss the next CT Cup match scheduled for 10/21/06.
Coach Jorge Acosta (OGRCC U12 Boys) was ejected from a CT Cup match on 10/14/06. Since the team is no longer in cup competition, he must not attend the next two district league matches for this team.
Coach Michael Johnson (Westport U13 Boys) was ejected from a CT Cup match on 9/30/06. Since Westport remains in Cup competition, the coach is suspended from attending the next two CT Cup events, but may participate in regular league play.
Player M. Baudin (Stamford Gold U12 Boys) was sent off in a match played on 9/24/06, and will miss the next two district league matches.
